Terminator Toys

The first Terminator movie had become such a blockbuster hit that three more have been released so far, both scoring as huge successes. With each movie, the protagonists, good and evil are made popular through games, toys, gadgets, action figures and other items. In particular, the Terminator toys and action figures have since become greatly valued and sought after by many collectors. The movies have created a growing group of ardent Terminator enthusiasts who rush for new launches of Terminator toys and action figures, and some fervently seek for the old and classic Terminator ones.

The toys and action figures in the market center on the various models of the terminators from the three movies, beginning with the first one, known only as the Terminator. With the release of the subsequent movies, other characters are introduced and began to grow in popularity. These are T600, T700, T800, T1000 and other endoskeleton figures. Besides these, other action figures are Sarah Connor and now John Conner in full combat gear, plus many of Arnold Schwarzenegger in his role of the T800.

The Terminator toys come in different sizes and heights, ranging from 3 to even larger than 20. The smaller ones are sold singly or in sets of 6, while the larger ones are sold singly. They are highly detailed and suited, complete with an assortment of arsenal and weapons. Some of the replicas are very artistically done, looking startling lifelike. They are usually battery-operated and motion activated with light-up eyes and other movements. Some come with sound and varying degrees of articulation

The first Terminator toys are rather difficult to find nowadays; no longer on sale except through collectors and online. The newer ones are found in toys stores and shops, while the older and used Terminator toys can be found online, ebay being one of the largest sources. On ebay, there are Terminator toys, action figures and gadgets up for sale or auction. Most of these items are displayed with a brief description and a colored image. With the release of each new Terminator movie, you can be sure that new Terminator toys and other memorabilia will be launched as well.
